Terms and conditions

General:

1. This is an agreement between the AtB AS. as a provider of mobile account, and the customer is the one who has signed an agreement about mobile account.

2. In addition to the terms & conditions for use of mobile account, the customer must also follow the conditions of use of Mobillett.

3. The customer is responsible for keeping up to date on what products that can be purchased with SMS and app. Products, rates and applicable terms of the products can be found at www.atb.no


Payment:

4. Payment Agreement gives the customer the right to use mobile account as a method of payment for the ticket at any time products are offered through Mobillett.

5. The agreement gives AtB right to charge the customer's mobile account with the cost of the products that the customer purchases through SMS or App.

6. In order to be able to charge your mobile account for ticket purchases, balance must be positive and corresponding minimum purchase price. If the balance is less than the purchase price, ticket purchase will automatically be charged from the customer's mobile Bill.


Contract period and termination:

7. The agreement is valid from the time the customer accepts these terms.

8. The customer has the right at any time to terminate this agreement by written notice to the AtB.

9. AtB can terminate the agreement with the customer with the prior written notice if AtB stops to offer the product, changes the product significantly or for other reasons is no longer current to maintain the agreement.


Reimbursement of value in mobile account:

10. For if necessary the reimbursement of the value of your mobile account, the customer must provide a valid photo ID to verify that the person is rightfully the owner of mobile account.

11. Valid reasons for reimbursement are by sickness, death, change of address, change in travel pattern due to work or if a fault occurs with the purchase/refill of value to the mobile account. Conditions should be documented to the extent possible.

12. Payment will not be able to be made in cash over the counter at our call centre. The customer can only get refunded the amount reversed to the account where the strain originated.


Reimbursement of season ticket:

13. An activated season ticket purchased through Mobillett cannot be refunded. The customer is responsible for purchasing the correct ticket category.


Reimbursement of single ticket:

14. If a phone operator error or an error in the app causes you to buy multiple tickets, the tickets will be refunded. Contact AtB customer service through phone number 177, atb.no or at our service centers.
